"shike skill" is a professional smart home application provided by Fujian Shike Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "we"). We understand how important your privacy is to you and fully respect your privacy. Before you agree to submit your personal data to us, please read and understand this Privacy Policy Statement (hereinafter referred to as "this statement"). This Statement does not apply to content data that you choose to process, store or host in the shike skill. We will not access or process your content data for any purpose without your consent, except as required by applicable laws and regulations.

1. How we collect and use your personal data

Personal data is information that can identify an individual when used alone or in combination with other information. We collect your personal data in the course of your interactions with us for various purposes, such as to provide you with our products or services and to maintain optimal operation of our products or services. Your interactions with us may include: registering for an account on the Application, ordering our products or services, completing payments to us, contacting us when dealing with issues, configuring your account settings.

Depending on your use of the Application and the products or services we provide, the personal data we may collect mainly includes the following:
      (a) Personal data submitted to us for the purpose of registering a user account with this application, such as your cell phone number, username, user ID.
      (b) Personal data provided when you contact us, use our products or services, or receive support or assistance from us, such as email address, avatar, nickname, company, industry, job title, application scenarios, address, landline phone number, and description of screenshots of feedback questions.
      (c) When you use the app for account login, we obtain and automatically record personal data such as unique device identifier (IMEI), screen size, operating system version number, device model, Wi-Fi mac address, and Wi-Fi name.

We will not use your personal data for any other purposes than those listed below
      (a) Create an account.
      (b) Send you important notifications, such as successful registration.
      (c) Conduct internal audits, data analysis and research to improve our products and services.
      (d) Analyze business operational efficiency and measure market share.
      (e) Troubleshooting errors in the event you choose to send us error details.
      (f) Protect the security of our products, services and users and implement and improve our loss prevention and anti-fraud programs.
      (g) Comply with and enforce applicable legal requirements, relevant industry standards or our policies.

We do not disclose personal data to third parties, except in the following circumstances

      (c) We may disclose your personal data to our affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, subcontractors, partners or successors of the company in order for them to provide you with transactional support, service support or security support. In such cases, we ensure that these companies shall apply the same standards of personal data protection as in this statement and shall not use the personal data solely for other purposes.

1.2 Non-personal data
Non-personal data is data that cannot be used to identify an individual. For example, we may collect aggregated statistics, such as the number of visitors to this application. We collect this data to understand how people use our website, products and services. With this, we are able to improve our products or services to better meet the needs of our users. We may collect, use, process, transmit or disclose non-personal data for other purposes in our sole discretion.
We endeavor to segregate your personal data from non-personal data and use them separately. If non-personal data is mixed with personal data, it is treated as personal data.

2. Device Privilege Invocation

Storage Privileges: Allows apps to modify or delete the contents of your SD card for file storage, including avatar settings, accessing SD card photos, and saving video capture images or recording video to SD card

Location authority: Allows applications to obtain your location information based on GPS or network sources such as base stations and WLAN networks. Your phone must support and enable these location information services for the application to use them. This may increase power consumption. For location-loaded real-time weather information and Android 8.0+ system access to Wi-Fi to configure the device's network must be permitted for the app to use these services. Used for device network allocation, requires the phone to be connected to a wireless network.

Microphone authority: Allows the app to record using the microphone at any time. Used for sound recording when viewing webcam for remote intercom.

Camera rights: Allows the app to take photos and record videos using the camera at any time. Recall is used for QR code scanning and uploading avatar to take photos. Record Video is used for video local recording when webcam is used.

Show on top of other applications: Show pop-up box, full-screen interface to other applications above, used to receive alarm push, pop-up window to show the alarm to the user, so that users can easily perceive and deal with it in time.

3. How we protect your personal data

We take the security of personal data seriously. We employ appropriate physical, managerial and technical safeguards to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage or loss. For example, we use encryption technology to ensure the confidentiality of data; we use protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks on data; we deploy access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to personal data; and we conduct security and privacy training to enhance employee awareness of the importance of protecting personal data. We will retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this statement, unless an extension of the retention period is required by law or at your request. Based on different scenarios, products and services, the data storage period may be different. The criteria we use to determine the retention period include: the period of time for which the personal data is required to be retained for the fulfillment of the business purpose, including the provision of products and services, the maintenance of corresponding transaction and business records in accordance with the legal requirements, the assurance of the security of the system, products and services, the response to possible user inquiries or complaints, and the localization of the problem, etc.; whether the user agrees to longer retention period; whether there are special requirements for data retention by law, contract, etc., etc. We will retain your account information as long as it is necessary to provide you with the service. You can also choose to cancel your account, after you cancel your account, we will stop providing products and services based on that account and delete your personal data without special legal requirements. Although we protect your personal data, you are responsible for the safekeeping of your personal data, including your account and password.

If you become aware that someone else is using your account or password to log in without your permission, please notify us promptly. You have the right to request that we suspend any unauthorized use of your account or password.

You should ensure that all personal data submitted is accurate. We will endeavor to maintain the accuracy and integrity of personal data and to update such data in a timely manner. 5. How we handle children's personal data

Our products and services are primarily intended for adults. Children are not allowed to create their own user accounts without parental or guardian consent. If a child's personal data is collected with parental consent, we will use or disclose it only as permitted by applicable laws and regulations, or as expressly authorized by the parent or guardian, or as necessary to protect the child. If a child provides us with his or her personal data without parental consent, the parent or guardian may contact us to stop the collection, use or disclosure of his or her personal data. If we become aware that we have collected a child's personal data without first obtaining verifiable parental consent, we will endeavor to delete the data as soon as possible.
